Civil Mediation.
Civil Mediation is for disputes that are not part of a divorce or separation. These can be between an extended family, Neighbours, or business partners.
Civil Mediation allows the parties to retain control of the outcome of their dispute. The process is voluntary, private and confidential and a lot faster and cheaper than going to court.
Family Mediation.
Family Mediation is not a reconciliation or a counselling service. It is a practical, fact-based method of identifying workable options and agreeing how to make them happen.

Legal Aid for Mediation.
The Legal Aid Agency in the UK funds family mediation services who have met their high standards to be awarded a contract to provide mediation.
Legal Aid enables us to offer our mediation services for free to eligible people who need to resolve a legal dispute concerning certain family matters but have low income or receive benefits.
